You'll advise on the tax aspects of M&A, private equity, finance and capital markets transactions, working closely with market-leading corporate teams on high-value domestic and cross-border deals.
Requirements
- Newly qualified solicitor (England & Wales), or due to qualify shortly.
- Strong Corporate Tax experience gained during your training contract.
- Excellent technical, drafting and analytical skills.
- A commercial approach and an interest in transactional tax.
- Strong academics and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
