The role:
- Involved in landmark merger reviews and cartel investigations
- Advising on competition, FDI, and foreign subsidies issues
- Strategic input into high-stakes global deals and disputes
- Drafting, research, and client contact from day one
- Business development and mentoring opportunities
Requirements:
- 1–4 PQE (UK Qualified), with solid antitrust/competition experience at a major city firm.
- Trained and retained.
- Commercially sharp, collaborative, and confident with clients
- Comfortable working across jurisdictions and with international teams
- FDI/FSR exposure helpful but not a must
