As part of a continuing transformation agenda, we are working towards an appointment that is expected to be signed off in the new year for a European HR Director. This appointment will play a critical role in shaping the company’s people strategy across multiple European regions, supporting the next phase of organisational growth, cultural evolution, and talent optimisation.
The successful individual will lead the ongoing development of the HR function and partner closely with the business to deliver a consistent and progressive people agenda across Europe. A key element of this transformation will be the creation and implementation of a new European Talent Acquisition structure, designed to enhance regional delivery, strengthen offer management processes, and elevate the candidate experience.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished HR leader to influence strategy, inspire change, and make a lasting impact within a complex, fast moving, and highly respected international organisation.
Indicative profile:
• Extensive experience at European HR Director or Group HR Leader level within large, complex, international organisations
• A proven record in HR transformation, organisational design, and senior stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decision making and act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership
• Strong background in talent strategy, change management, and performance culture development
• Fluent English essential; an additional European language advantageous (not essential)
The position is expected to be UK based, however it may be offered on a remote basis with periodic European travel to key regional sites.
