We are seeking a dynamic Program & Account Manager to join our Europe team. This role will act as the primary point of contact overseeing the implementation and ongoing support of Microsoft Fabric and Commercial Analytics solutions. In addition to program delivery, the individual will manage the Sonata account, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary UK-based point of contact for the BioPharma client during implementation and support phases.
- Lead program governance, planning, timelines, and execution for Microsoft Fabric and commercial analytics implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation paths effectively.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to internal and client leadership.
- Facilitate meetings, align expectations, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Post-Implementation Support
- Act as the continuous point of contact for all support-related queries.
- Collaborate with European support and technical teams to triage and resolve issues.
- Establish and maintain support structures, processes, and documentation.
Strategic Advisory
- Advise BioPharma stakeholders on data and analytics strategy, including commercial analytics and associated technologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, optimization, and future initiatives.
- Present recommendations and roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
Account Management & Growth
- Manage the Sonata account for the BioPharma client, ensuring strong relationships and trust.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the account through new initiatives, services, and solutions.
- Work closely with sales and leadership teams to develop proposals and strategic plans.
- Monitor account health, revenue, and client satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program and project management within data and analytics domains.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
