Responsibilities include:
- Visiting customers to train them and share industry and development expertise (travel may be expected for onsite deliveries).

- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring deliveries align with customer projects and milestones.
- Gaining access to expertise and support from Microsoft’s consulting practice and product groups.

- Assisting in developing best practices for key technologies and products to support technical team readiness.
