- Guide and mentor a team of 50–80+ experts and leads
- Drive both delivery excellence and growth within the program
- Serve as the primary transformation leader, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines
Candidate Profile:
- Deep expertise in SAP HANA transformations
- Strong background in global delivery leadership
- Proven experience managing large, distributed teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Pharma industry experience strongly preferred
