SAP Consultant – FICO / Logistics (MM, LE) / SD & CS (OTC & Customer Service)

Experience Required: 8+ Years of SAP Module-Specific Experience
Common Requirements Across All Roles:
- Must have experience working independently on global projects, especially in Europe.
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in articulating and presenting solutions to cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Proven track record in greenfield, brownfield implementation & migration projects.
- Experience with SAP/Non-SAP integration, including REST APIs, IDoc, BAPI.
- Exposure to tools like Celonis (Process Mining) is a plus.
Role 1: Senior SAP FICO Consultant
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of Finance & Controlling processes and accounting practices.
- Expertise in SAP FICO on ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end ECC implementations and 1 S/4HANA full-cycle implementation.
- Strong experience in:
- Product Costing, COPA, FSCM
- Banking integration
- Financial reporting and tax compliance
- Integration knowledge with SD, MM, PS, and external systems.
- Hands-on with interface design (inbound & outbound).
Role 2: SAP Logistics Consultant (MM, LE)
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Strong expertise in SAP MM, LE, and warehouse logistics (WM/EWM).
- Ability to reverse-engineer business processes with limited user interaction.
- Strong functional design, configuration, and testing capabilities.
- Experience integrating with 3PL and external applications (SAP & Non-SAP).
- Familiar with interface technologies like REST APIs, IDoc, and BAPI.
Role 3: SAP SD & CS Consultant (OTC & Customer Service)
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- In-depth experience with SAP SD and CS modules in ECC or S/4HANA.
- Experience with multiple full-cycle implementations, including OTC flows.
- Strong integration understanding with FI and MM.
- Capable of identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Design and testing of interfaces with 3PL & external systems.
