Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end Power Platform solution architecture (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages) across environments, integrations, and non-functional requirements (security, performance, scale).
- Design and build custom copilots in Copilot Studio, including topics/actions, orchestration, prompt engineering, tool selection, and knowledge grounding (e.g., Dataverse, SharePoint, and APIs) using RAG patterns where appropriate.
- Establish governance and ALM (DLP, environments, solution layering, pipelines, testing) and guide stakeholders through discovery, POCs/MVPs, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Provide advisory leadership and drive CoE + enablement: opportunity sizing/ROI, target-state architecture, intake & prioritization, standards/patterns, training/adoption, support model, and guardrails.
Required Skills
- 10+ years IT/cloud with deep Power Platform architecture (Dataverse security, integrations, environment strategy).
- Copilot Studio custom copilots (actions/orchestration), grounding/RAG patterns, and evaluation.
- Enterprise governance/ALM (DLP, solution lifecycle, pipelines, testing) and Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Entra ID).
