We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) professional with strong expertise in Projects and Operations module (CE module). The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in ERP implementation and support, including at least 2 end-to-end D365 F&O implementations with Project and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support D365 F&O implementation projects across Projects and Operations modules.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable solutions.
- Configure and optimize D365 functionalities aligned with business processes.
- Work extensively on integration between Project Management & Accounting and Operations modules such as Procurement, Inventory, Production, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams during implementation and support phases.
- Manage data migration, testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Provide operational support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare functional design documents, process flows, and user training materials.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of ERP/D365 experience with strong focus on Project and Operation module and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations.
- Strong expertise in: Project Management & Accounting, Operations / Supply Chain processes, Project and Operation App and its integration with D365 F&O.
- Hands-on experience in integration between Projects and Operations modules.
- Good understanding of business processes, solution architecture, and system integrations.
- Experience working in implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead discussions/workshops with business users.
