Share Point & Exchange Customer Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Microsoft Share Point & Exchange Hybrid Engineer with strong enterprise-level expertise across
Share Point Online, Share Point On-Premises, Exchange Online, and Exchange On-Premises .
The candidate will be responsible for enterprise Share Point architecture, administration, troubleshooting, migration and hybrid solutions, along with Exchange administration and hybrid messaging support.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide expertise in
Share Point Architecture and Topology .
- Manage Share Point
Service Applications, authentication, permissions and configurations .
- Troubleshoot complex Share Point infrastructure and application issues.
- Perform
Share Point patching, upgrades and version migrations .
- Manage and maintain enterprise Share Point Server environments.
- Design and support
Share Point Hybrid solutions.
- Plan and execute migrations from
Share Point On-Premises to Share Point Online .
- Support enterprise Share Point scaling, performance and availability.
- Develop and support
Share Point Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Manage sites, lists, libraries, permissions and other Share Point components.
- Provide technical assessments, workshops, training and expert guidance to customers.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Share Point modernization initiatives.
- Act as a senior technical resource for complex customer environments.

- Administer and support
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2016/2019/SE and
Exchange Online .
- Design, implement and maintain
Exchange Hybrid environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot
Hybrid Configuration Wizard (HCW) , hybrid mail flow and secure mail routing.
- Manage
DAG, mailbox databases, transport services, connectors, certificates and virtual directories .
- Troubleshoot mail flow, Autodiscover, Outlook connectivity, mailbox access and authentication issues.
- Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared/resource mailboxes, distribution groups and Microsoft 365 Groups.
- Configure mail flow rules, retention, archiving and compliance policies .
- Support
Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
- Support Exchange migrations between On-Premises and Exchange Online.
- Manage
SPF, DKIM and DMARC configurations.
- Use
Power Shell / Exchange Management Shell for administration and automation.
