- We are seeking an experienced
- Microsoft 365 Collaboration & Messaging Architect with expertise in
Share Point, Exchange Hybrid, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID .
The role focuses on designing, migrating, optimizing, and supporting enterprise collaboration and messaging platforms while acting as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support
Share Point Server, Share Point Online, Exchange Server, and Exchange Online environments.
- Lead
Share Point and Exchange migrations , hybrid deployments, upgrades, and modernization projects.
- Manage
Exchange Hybrid, mail flow, DAGs, SMTP routing, Azure AD Connect, and Hybrid Identity .
- Administer Share Point architecture, authentication, governance, security, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Implement and support
Microsoft 365 security, compliance, retention, DLP, EOP, and Defender for Office 365 .
- Troubleshoot complex Share Point, Exchange, authentication, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Deliver customer workshops, technical assessments, architecture reviews, and best-practice guidance.
- Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and solution designs.

- Strong background in cloud transformation, M365 migrations, and hybrid deployments .
- Excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
- Microsoft certifications preferred (M365 Administrator Expert, Messaging, Identity, or Collaboration).
- Mandatory Requirements
- UK Citizen
- Active SC Security Clearance (or eligible)
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements when required.
