Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst β Data to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams across multiple data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, stakeholder management, and data governance within the Utilities domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear data and technical specifications.
- Define and document data models, data mappings, and end-to-end data flows.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Developers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support data governance, data quality, and master data management initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings.
- Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure business requirements are met.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
