We are now looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team.
Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our wider People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This role involves working closely with hiring managers, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Introduce Candidates to the culture and values of Sonata One.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Work with the TA function on building and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent.
- Candidate sourcing and engagement
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
- Actively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles within the private markets.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate feedback.
- Support the Global Team with People/Recruitment related queries.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback, according to guidelines, to candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer negotiations and pre-boarding activities.
- Recruitment analytics and reporting
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate satisfaction).
- Maintain up to date recruitment data.
- Identify areas for process improvement based on data insights.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance.
- Ensure that Sonata One is GDPR Compliant.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a scaling/fast-paced environment.
- Expert communication and stakeholder management.
- Comfortable driving initiatives and solution-driven.
- Greenhouse ATS experience is preferable but not essential.
- Thrives within a scaling environment.
- Must have experience within the Private Markets or finance.
