Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and make an impact by supporting business change and technology initiatives. This role will support clear scoping, prioritisation and communication of work items.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements.
- Support process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and preparation of business insights.
- Create and maintain documentation such as use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Work closely with senior analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Prioritising work, communication with stakeholders and managing a BAU development stream, including communication and planning.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 1–2 years in a business analysis or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau), or project tools (JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
- Understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle (SDLC/Agile) preferred.
- Degree in Business, IT, Data, or related field (or equivalent experience).
