We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented individual to join our Product Support Team. You’ll manage software delivery end-to-end, support client onboarding, and act as the bridge between developers, stakeholders, and customers. No background in finance or software is required — what matters is your mindset: logical, proactive, and user-focused. This is a varied role that spans project management, product testing, and client support and will be suited to someone who thrives on ownership and variety.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain agile project plans across multiple workstreams, tracking progress and removing blockers
- Supervise developers day-to-day — managing milestones, estimates, and deadlines
- Travel to client sites to support implementation, onboarding workshops, and troubleshoot issues
- Provide technical support during client demos and pilot phases
- Write storyboards and product briefs based on client needs and internal discussions
- Assist product testing (including regression testing), designing test approaches and diagnosing issues logically
- Run internal product walkthroughs to keep staff up to speed on new features
- Support developers with data and product knowledge during their projects
- Maintain development records and repositories
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate or early-career candidate eager to take on responsibility from day one
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communicator — comfortable with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Logical and methodical thinker, especially when designing and analysing tests
- Strong time management with the ability to juggle shifting priorities
- Self-starter who collaborates well across a global team and time zones
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of the user’s perspective
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Competitive salary
- Employee share scheme — join early and share in our growth
- Pension with employer contributions
- Predominantly remote working (Occasional visits to the office – Darnley, Glasgow), with the opportunity to collaborate across an international team spanning the UK, Asia, and beyond
