Sonar Source is seeking an experienced HRBP and Employee Relations specialist to support our EMEA and APAC footprint.
You will partner with leaders to drive performance decisions, workforce planning, and regional people initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
You will own end-to-end ER case management, lead investigations, and collaborate with the Head of Employment Law to ensure compliant, consistent practice while shaping regional policies and processes across UK, EU, and APAC contexts.
