SonarSource SA is seeking an experienced HRBP to support leaders across EMEA and APAC, owning employee relations with rigor and ensuring compliant, consistent practices across multiple jurisdictions. The role partners with the Head of Employment Law and is based in or near our London hub, with a path to scale as the company grows.
You will build ER processes, run investigations, and coach managers to reduce ER caseload while maintaining fairness and confidentiality in a high-growth tech environment.
