We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our Marketing team at Blackbushe. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of digital marketing activities while working alongside experienced marketing professionals.
You will play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining digital platforms, analysing performance metrics, and contributing to internal and external communications.
If you join, you will be:
- Supporting the team in maintaining, collating, analysing and reporting marketing metrics and KPIs across departments
- Assisting with the upkeep and optimisation (SEO) of the company website, including content updates and amendments
- Helping manage marketing technology platforms, including email campaigns, nurture campaigns, target lists and lead distribution
- Contributing to marketing communication campaigns and lead generation activities, including performance reporting
- Creating, scheduling and reporting on engaging social media content
- Supporting day‑to‑day marketing activities and ad hoc projects
- Assisting with internal communications, including coordinating corporate and product presentations
- Building strong working relationships across departments
- Keeping up to date with marketing best practice and sharing new ideas and improvements
Ideally we are looking for:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates company values
- High levels of accuracy and quality in work
- Completed an Advanced Apprenticeship, OR Five GCSEs at grades 9–4 (A–C), including English and Maths
It would be a bonus if you had:
- Basic Photoshop knowledge
- Understanding of reporting and analytics
- Experience or familiarity with: Salesforce or HubSpot CRM, WordPress CMS, Google Analytics
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to learn
- Good teamwork and relationship‑building skills
