Chelsea Technologies, a global leader in environmental and maritime technology, is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Commercial Sales professional to lead and manage our commercial sales, marketing, and reseller teams.
Youll play a central role in shaping our commercial strategy and expanding our presence in the commercial maritime and marine science sectors, building strong customer relationships, driving growth, and positioning Chelsea at the forefront of the industry.

?? Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Commercial Maritime & Marine Science sectors.

Lead and manage internal sales, marketing, and global reseller networks.

Build and maintain high-value customer relationships across technical and procurement stakeholders.

Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, quoting, negotiation, contract finalisation.

Work with marketing to create impactful campaigns, case studies, and multi-channel content.

Develop and submit bids and proposals that are competitive, commercially viable, and aligned with customer needs.
