Who we are looking for: A high-performing individual to elevate our brand and marketing, driving the next phase of growth and capturing our full market potential and international expansions. The ideal candidate is a qualified senior leader with entrepreneurial experience, capable of owning paid multi-channel growth, creative content, and brand identity, while also supporting partnerships and PR. This is a full-time position in London E1W working closely with the founders, leading a small and ambitious in-house marketing team.
Must haves:
- 8–10 years’ experience in mid- to senior-level marketing leadership roles
- Proven experience in the UK beauty industry, specifically within the mid-premium segment
- An established personal network and strong references within the industry
- Genuine passion and previous experience in entrepreneurship, building brands from the ground up
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive delivery and lead a young, international team
- A beauty masks and patches fanatic.
