Responsibilities- Elevate the brand and marketing to drive the next phase of growth and expand market potential and international presence.
- Own paid multi-channel growth strategies across relevant channels.
- Lead creative content development and maintain consistent brand identity.
- Support partnerships and PR initiatives to amplify brand reach.
- Collaborate closely with the founders and lead a small, ambitious in-house marketing team.
- 8–10 years’ experience in mid- to senior-level marketing leadership roles.
- Proven experience in the UK beauty industry, specifically within the mid-premium segment.
- An established personal network and strong references within the industry.
- Genuine passion and previous experience in entrepreneurship, building brands from the ground up.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive delivery and lead a young, international team.
- A beauty masks and patches fanatic.
