As a key player in our team, your role will support upper management in developing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining efficient operations.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the travel industry, confidently dealing with staff, suppliers, and directors. Strong skills in operations, fare knowledge, staff management, and communication are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also required.

- Managing bookings, cancellations, and services for travel products
- Handling FIT travel arrangements and ground transportation
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Problem-solving across various aspects of the business
- Managing mid and back-office operations

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
