Our client, a global leader in the Real Estate sector, has an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join their UK team. The UK Marketing & Communications Manager will report to the Head of UK Marketing and spearhead the UK Team whose mission is to deliver exceptional solutions to their clients.

The Role

To take ownership of the marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the Development Directors of the business to ensure alignment with business goals. This is a broad, hands-on role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset.

Main Job & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with marketing agencies to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Working with communications agency to develop and implement communications strategies
  • Content creation – create engaging content
  • Work alongside the external agencies to drive project priorities and time scales
  • Copy and proof all marketing context from agencies
  • Develop campaign ideas for real estate assets
  • Where necessary, undertake final edits of all types of marketing material through InDesign or Illustrator
  • Monitoring/Update the company website using their CMS when required
  • Resolve issues and solve problems that may occur throughout the lifecycle of a campaign or project
  • The ability to act quickly to address urgent concerns or comments on material when required
  • To support the marketing team in producing all material in the timescales provided

Experience and Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience working in marketing or communication
  • B2B communications experience or real estate experience essential
  • Preferably a marketing related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Technological and digital skills including experience and confidence with working on all Adobe Creative Suite – Adobe PDF, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Be a proactive resource for the completion of large projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Perform well under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment within a team
