Our client in Chichester has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join their team covering maternity for 12 months. As their Marketing Campaigns Coordinator, you will support the strategic and operational delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns that supports the overall objective of increasing student recruitment, through targeted, well timed and effective marketing communications and events. Campaigns would include emails, SMS and direct mail pieces, advertising, web, print and digital publications to prospective students. The role holder would also work with the rest of campaigns team and design team to pull together the prospectus, which would include copywriting, sourcing images, quotes and content. Key Responsibilities – * Write engaging copy, source images and testimonials, collate amends, and work with stakeholders such as academics, design team and wider marketing team on large scale publications. * Work with the Senior Marketing Campaigns Officer and Digital Marketing Manager to develop communication plans * Copywrite, plan and deploy marketing campaigns via email using a CRM system (Gecko Engage), SMS, advertising and direct mail on a range of campaigns. * Create workflows and triggers in our CRM system using email best practise to increase engagement. * Deliver marketing campaigns that communicate their brand proposition and reputation to meet recruitment targets. Align campaigns with digital adverts, collateral and website. Ensure that the marketing and communication materials are well designed, written and executed for the desired audience. * Write engaging website copy that aligns with what you link to in communications. * Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in creating informative and digestible reporting and updating student marketing plans that can be shared with key stakeholders such as the Senior Leadership Team and wider departments. * Strategically looking into past performance and data to help inform the plans. This includes, but is not limited to Google Analytics, historical application data. * Ensure all marketing activity meets legal, compliance and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have relevant Campaign experience and superb attention for detail. The role is paying circa £33,000pa + excellent benfits. The role will require regular visits to campus and offers a 50% hybrid model.
