Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Photographer & Videographer based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves traveling to properties to capture professional interior and exterior photographs, video walk-throughs, and short-form marketing clips. Day-to-day tasks include planning shoots, setting up lighting and equipment, composing shots, filming, and capturing drone footage where appropriate and permitted. The role also requires editing photos and videos to a consistent brand standard, preparing files for online listings and social media, and delivering content within agreed timelines. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and internal team members, manage bookings and schedules, and maintain equipment in good working order.
Qualifications
- Strong property photography skills, including composition, lighting, and use of DSLR or mirrorless cameras.
- Videography experience, including filming property tours, operating gimbals or stabilizers, and basic sound capture.
- Proficiency with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
- Ability to manage multiple shoots, organize schedules, and deliver content to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work directly with clients on-site.
- Comfort working independently, driving or traveling to properties across the Manchester Area as required.
- Attention to detail, strong sense of visual storytelling, and commitment to consistent brand quality.
- Relevant experience in property media, real estate marketing, or a portfolio demonstrating high-quality photography and videography.
- Valid right to work in the UK; a full driving license and access to transport are highly beneficial.
