About The Role

At Sona, the Talent team’s mission is to make the strongest possible hires for every position in the team, without compromising on speed. As we continue to scale the team across the business to match our commercial growth, the newest addition to our Talent team will work directly with our Sales and Marketing leaders to own hiring across our GTM org. To excel, you’ll need to learn Sona inside out, to help you identify the candidates who will bring the most to our team and share the information they need to be excited to join us! We’re looking for someone with the ability to deliver on a handful of roles in parallel with a focus on speed and quality, a data-driven approach to building pipelines and advising the team, and a commitment to hiring experiences that leave candidates confident Sona is the right place for them.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full hiring lifecycle for all GTM and commercial hires at Sona from sourcing through to close.
  • Partner with hiring managers in our Sales and Marketing orgs.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to continuously improve our hiring quality and efficiency.
  • Implement strategies to ensure we hire a diverse team across the board.

Requirements

  • Experienced internal, full-lifecycle recruiter, ideally with experience in commercial hiring for a high-growth, early-stage company or within MEDDPICC/Playbook sales organisation.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • You know your numbers and understand how to use key recruiting metrics to assess the health of your roles, troubleshoot, and advise teams on making the best hiring decisions.
  • You recognise the importance of hiring a diverse team and can implement strategies that give us the best chance of success.
  • Enjoy the challenge of a tough search and recognise the impact great hiring has on our success.
  • Comfortable using data to consistently improve your process and communicate progress.
  • Curious and commercially minded, you want to learn about how our business works and the 'why' behind every hire.
  • Flexible hybrid working (no fixed office schedule but you’ll be partnering closely with a Sales org that works 3 days/week in our London office).
