The Creative Dept. at SON OF A STAG is responsible for defining and expressing the brand’s visual identity across every customer touchpoint – from social media content and campaign storytelling to product photography and copyright.

This multidisciplinary team works in close alignment with the wider business to deliver creative output that not only reflects our focus heritage and craftsmanship but also drives measurable impact across a full funnel strategy – from awareness and engagement through to conversion and retention.

Tasked with producing high quality, culturally resonant work, the team ensures that every creative output supports both the brand’s commercial goals and its continued influence within the global heritage menswear space.

As we scale our vision and expand our global identity, our in-house Creative Dept is now seeking driven, detail-focused creatives to help shape the next chapter of SON OF A STAG.

The Role

We’re looking for a standout Partnerships Executive to elevate SON OF A STAG’s global presence through earned media, strategic brand relationships, and culturally relevant collaborations. You’ll play a key role in managing our press activity, building meaningful connections with designers, makers, institutions, and likeminded lifestyle brands, and helping shape how the world sees and experiences our story.

This outward facing, high impact role blends communication, brand storytelling, and commercial strategy. You’ll help craft partnerships that spark conversation and extend our cultural and global reach.

Your Responsibilities

Be a Connector and Communicator

  • Develop and execute a clear partnership strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Manage and grow relationships with our long-term partners
  • Contribute to outreach, negotiation and execution of partnership opportunities across retail, culture, and media
  • Track and report on partnership performance using commercial and qualitative KPIs
  • Maintain consistency of messaging and presentation across all external partner communications
  • Coordinate closely with retail, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure partnership activity is activated across all channels

Build Cultural Partnerships & Elevated Member Experiences

Drive the growth and cultural relevance of STAG Membership, our exclusive members club, by developing curated experiences, private access, and collaborative opportunities that deepen engagement and loyalty among our most dedicated customers.

  • Develop and execute a strategy to grow and enrich the members community
  • Curate exclusive events, previews, product drops, and brand experiences tailored to our members
  • Collaborate with brand partners, makers, and cultural institutions to deliver elevated member-only moments
  • Lead communication strategies that make members feel informed, valued, and part of something truly special
  • Identify and implement new benefits that enhance the value of membership – balancing cultural cachet with commercial insight
  • Track engagement and feedback to refine and expand the programme over time

We\’re looking for someone who is:

  • Results-driven, with a proven track record of media outreach and press engagement.
  • Experienced in partnerships, brand development or cultural marketing (2 years, ideally in fashion, retail or lifestyle sectors)
  • Comfortable leading external conversations and internal alignment with clarity and confidence
  • Skilled at turning strong ideas into standout executions – from a rare product collab to a global retail partnership
  • Culturally engaged: you know what’s moving the needle in fashion, design, music, and independent retail
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with an instinct for tone and narrative
  • Highly organised, deadline-focused, and commercially astute
  • Passionate about heritage menswear, Japanese denim (preferred)
