Sompo is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead the UK ER function from our London office.

This 12-month fixed-term contract role focuses on policy development, employment law compliance, and advisory support across the UK business.

You will manage a team of HR Advisors, drive ER initiatives, and partner with Legal and HR governance to ensure effective, compliant people practices.

Strong ER expertise and CIPD qualification are required.
