Sompo has a unique opportunity for a Multinational Operations and Quality Assurance Coordinator in our Multinational quality and controls team. Our Multinational Quality and Controls team ensures global consistency, integrity and compliance across complex insurance programmes spanning multiple jurisdictions. We deliver robust governance frameworks and advanced data quality controls to support operational excellence and transparency worldwide.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Complete comprehensive quality assurance reviews of multinational data and documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company standards, while identifying discrepancies, implementing corrective actions, and tracking them through to full resolution.
  • Develop and generate reports on key data‑quality metrics, leveraging AI‑driven analytics and tools such as Strategy and Power BI to identify trends, risks, and optimisation opportunities that enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
  • Facilitate communication between global and regional stakeholders, ensuring alignment, promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement.
  • Manage onboarding, due diligence, and lifecycle monitoring of network partners; maintain accurate capability and data performance.
  • Support the creation, enhancement, and upkeep of guides, training materials, and process documents.
  • Provide additional support on tasks and projects as assigned to meet departmental and organisational goals.
