We are seeking an HR Operations/Shared Services Coordinator to provide a full range of support on the essential functions of the HR team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in driving processes forward and ensuring the effectiveness of transactional procedures throughout the employee life cycle. This position reports to the HR Operations/Shared Services Manager and is part of our UK & Continental Europe HR Operations team, which is based in London. The position will primarily support our workforce based across UK & Continental Europe.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handling transactional procedures throughout the hiring process such as:
- Requisition posting
- Generating offer documentation
- Assisting with pre-employment background checks
- Supporting various facets of the onboarding procedure
- Entry of new starters into Workday
- Completing ad-hoc Workday updates (e.g., updates to supervisory organizations, updates to job roles, compensation updates, etc.)
- Completing Employment and Wage Verification requests
- Provide miscellaneous support to Centers of Excellence (CoE) and HR Business Partners
- Other ad hoc tasks as required
Experience & Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Practical/ proven transactional HR experience with excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with Workday required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English), with a mind for customer service and sense of urgency
- Comfortable with operating in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to handle and maintain confidential information with discretion
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability; assumes personal accountability for work output and team success
Preferred:
- Experienced with Right to Work procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and/or Microsoft Lists
- Prior use of a ticketing system such as Workday Help or ServiceNow
