Responsibilities
- Contribute to operational team plans and set work priorities to meet objectives
- Support procedures and controls for managing contractual risk information, premium accounting, and underwriting records
- Deliver reports including exception reports, performance data, and regulatory-focused documentation
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide effective services while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Support and guide offshore teams and align with Underwriter expectations
- Key requirements
- Knowledge of (Re)insurance concepts and practices
- MS Office proficiency, with strong Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple priorities
- Broad-based (Re)insurance experience; Lloyd’s market exposure preferred
- Degree-level education or equivalent; progress toward insurance qualifications beneficial but not essential
