Sompo has a unique opportunity for a SVP, Head of International Casualty in our Casualty team in our Underwriting business. We have strong relationships with clients who look to partner with us on a long term basis. Location: This position will be based out of our London office. Managing the London Wholesale Casualty account, meeting achieveing KPIs for profitability and overall plan and any other KPIs allocated by executive management. Regularly contribute to the analysis of the account by the actuarial and financial teams Assess desirability of risk through analysis of financial reports and accounts (as required); and review of claims history and general company information Input required data consistently and accurately as required. Proven track record of providing excellent service to brokers through consistent, timely, and proactive approach to Underwriting & business development. Exhibit sales orientated behaviors, defined by Management as: motivated, tenacious, production focused, technically skilled, proactive, and accountable. Generate new business by expanding broker network, attending broker events, and building new relationships across the market.
