Somo Bridging, a leading and innovative lender, is looking for driven and organised individuals to join our team as Case Managers in Altrincham.

About Us: At Somo Bridging, we’ve been challenging traditional lending since 2014. As a family-owned business, we’ve built a strong reputation for combining commercial thinking with a practical, people-focused approach. We work closely with brokers, borrowers, and investors to deliver fast, reliable funding—and we continue to grow by doing things differently.

The Role: As a Case Manager, you’ll be at the centre of the deal process, responsible for progressing cases from approval through to funding. Working closely with Underwriters and Relationship Directors, your role is to keep momentum on every deal—ensuring all requirements are met, all parties are aligned, and cases move efficiently to completion. You’ll be the key point of contact for brokers and clients, chasing outstanding items, coordinating with solicitors and valuers, and making sure nothing stalls. This is a fast-paced, proactive role suited to someone who enjoys being on the phone, solving problems, and getting deals done.

  • Managing a pipeline of live cases from approval to funding
  • Liaising with Underwriters, brokers, solicitors, and valuers daily
  • Proactively chasing outstanding documents and requirements
  • Making regular outbound calls to drive cases forward
  • Ensuring all lending conditions are satisfied accurately
  • Identifying and resolving delays quickly
  • Keeping brokers and clients fully updated throughout the process
  • Delivering a smooth, professional journey from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases
  • Proactive mindset—you take ownership and follow things through
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in financial services, property, or customer service (beneficial but not essential)

What’s in It for You:

  • Supportive, collaborative team environment with regular social events
  • Competitive salary with bonus and incentive opportunities
  • 31 days holiday (including public holidays) + option for additional unpaid leave
  • Flexible working approach
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Clear progression into Senior Case Manager or Underwriting roles
