The Role

This isn’t just another Business Development Manager role, it’s your chance to be part of a high‑growth company with an uncapped commission structure and endless opportunities to progress. We’re looking for an experienced BDM with a strong broker or introducer network. Your role will be to:

  • Build and grow relationships with brokers and introducers.
  • Introduce Somo products to your network and source new partners.
  • Leverage your existing relationships while confidently developing new ones.
  • Bring your trusted network with you, they’ll want to follow you wherever you go.

This is a pure sales role where we work hard, hit big targets, and have plenty of fun along the way.

About You

  • Experienced in Bridging Loans, 2nd Charge, and Buy‑to‑Let markets.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Professional, engaging, and a natural team player.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Driven, ambitious, and ready to succeed.
  • Honesty and integrity are second nature.
  • You already have a strong broker/introducer network based in Yorkshire to work with.
