This isn’t just another Business Development Manager role, it’s your chance to be part of a high-growth company with an uncapped commission structure and endless opportunities to progress. We’re looking for an experienced BDM with a strong broker or introducer network. Your role will be to:
- Build and grow relationships with brokers and introducers.
- Introduce Somo products to your network and source new partners.
- Leverage your existing relationships while confidently developing new ones.
- Bring your trusted network with you; they’ll want to follow you wherever you go.
This is a pure sales role where we work hard, hit big targets, and have plenty of fun along the way.
About You
- Experienced in Bridging Loans, 2nd Charge, and Buy-to-Let markets.
- Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Professional, engaging, and a natural team player.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Driven, ambitious, and ready to succeed.
- Honesty and integrity are second nature.
- You already have a strong broker/introducer network based in the Midlands to work with.
