The Role
We’re seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to bring creative energy to our in-house marketing. This is a hands-on role that spans digital communication, brand support and content creation across the business. You’ll be part of a small creative and marketing team, helping us engage with brokers, investors, borrowers and wider audiences through visual storytelling.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating digital and social content that feels fresh, authentic and on-brand
- Producing simple video edits with a “home-grown” feel for social channels
- Designing digital campaigns and creating visual language that brings our brand to life
- Assisting with internal design needs (presentations, reports, decks)
Who We’re Looking For
You’re a creative who can move comfortably between digital and print touchpoints and enjoys a variety of work, not just one niche. You’ll need:
- 2+ years’ experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Strong capability in digital design (social, web, email)
- A strong ability across the Adobe Creative Suite – Primarily Illustrator/ Photoshop/ InDesign/ Premiere Pro
- Experience with email design tools/platforms
- Basic skills in video editing to craft engaging short-form content particularly for Meta channels
- Aesthetic flair with layout, typography and colour
- Familiarity with AI creative tools for ideation and workflow
- A collaborative mindset happy being an all-rounder across design tasks
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in financial services or B2B marketing
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Figma and After Effects would also be advantageous.
