The Role
As a Case Manager, you’ll be at the centre of the deal process, responsible for progressing cases from approval through to funding. Working closely with Underwriters and Relationship Directors, your role is to keep momentum on every deal—ensuring all requirements are met, all parties are aligned, and cases move efficiently to completion. You’ll be the key point of contact for brokers and clients, chasing outstanding items, coordinating with solicitors and valuers, and making sure nothing stalls. This is a fast-paced, proactive role suited to someone who enjoys being on the phone, solving problems, and getting deals done.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a pipeline of live cases from approval to funding
- Liaising with Underwriters, brokers, solicitors, and valuers daily
- Proactively chasing outstanding documents and requirements
- Making regular outbound calls to drive cases forward
- Ensuring all lending conditions are satisfied accurately
- Identifying and resolving delays quickly
- Keeping brokers and clients fully updated throughout the process
