The Marketing Automation Executive will be at the forefront of creating, launching, and optimizing automated marketing campaigns.
From email nurturing to omnichannel personalization, your role will ensure top-notch content and campaign performance.

Your Role
- Automate & Optimize: Manage and optimize campaigns, nurture streams, and personalization journeys for Glion, Les Roches, École Ducasse & ISH.
- Drive Conversions: Create ad-hoc campaigns to support enrolment conversion activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement testing plans to improve performance, content, and conversion rates.
- Collaborative Support: Partner with the Head of Marketing Automation & CRM to optimize business processes and manage landing pages, personalization blocks, and more.
- Reporting & Analysis: Ensure campaign performance meets targets and provide regular reporting and insights to improve ongoing campaigns.
- You'll work closely with internal teams, including the Chief Revenue Officer, Senior Marketing Automation Executive, and our dynamic digital marketing crew.
About You
You are a detail-oriented, data-driven marketing professional with at least 12 months of hands-on experience with a fully integrated Marketing Automation platform (Hub Spot preferred), 2+ years in technology marketing, marketing operations, or a similar role, and a strong understanding of lead generation, SEO/SEM, web, social media, and omnichannel activities.
You possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and HTML, and are highly analytical with a focus on optimizing campaign performance.
Fluent in English, you bring a creative and commercial mindset, and experience with high-end/luxury goods or services and CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a bonus.
