D3collective on the iconic Olympia London site is seeking a knowledgeable Sommelier to join our hospitality team from March 2026.

This full-time role focuses on wine selection, service, and pairing recommendations to elevate guest experiences.

We’re opening our second venue and looking for an experienced professional with strong wine knowledge, excellent communication, and a passion for hospitality to help shape a vibrant new chapter for D3collective.
