Overview
Bonheur by Matt Abé is looking for Sommeliers to join our team for our much anticipated new opening this Autumn. Along with Director of Wine, Eric Zwiebel MS, we are looking to build and nurture a team of world class hospitality professionals to give our guests an unparalleled experience. Bonheur is the first solo venture from Chef Matt Abé, having been Chef Patron at the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Gordon Ramsay for 13 years. Bonheur will be at the legendary 43 Upper Brook Street in Mayfair (formerly Le Gavroche) and is looking to build on the heritage of mentorship both in the kitchen and front of house teams.
