- Delivering outstanding service to our guests by recommending and serving wines, sakes and cocktails.
- Help maintain stock levels, assisting with deliveries.
- Helping conduct trainings for other members of staff when required.
- Maintaining a complete and up-to-date beverages list.
- Ensuring glassware for wine service is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Taking an interest in the food and service standards; rolling up your sleeves and helping other departments when required.
- Managing the cellar and wine storages, keeping them tidy, organised and hygienic.
- Assisting the Head Sommelier with stocktake.
