L'Enclume in Cartmel seeks a Junior Sommelier to join our renowned wine team. The role focuses on wine service, pairing with our tasting menus, and guiding guests with passion and expertise during dinner service (Tue–Sat) and lunch (Fri–Sat).
Experience in a similar high-quality environment is valued; WSET Level 2 or above is preferred, with a strong interest in wine, liquor, and champagne. A competitive salary and a 5.6 weeks holiday are offered.
