You will join as a Sommelier (Pass), playing a key role in delivering a refined and memorable dining experience within our award‑winning restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and chefs, you will support the smooth running of service, ensuring wines are presented with confidence and care while enhancing the overall guest journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of wine service during service, ensuring attention to detail and consistency
- Work closely with the restaurant team to enhance the guest dining experience
- Maintain wine stations, glassware and service areas to the highest standards
- Assist with wine preparation, service flow and coordination with the kitchen pass
- Build knowledge of the wine list and confidently communicate recommendations when required
