About the Role
Direct owner of our success in the region, this Player‑Coach role involves leading strategic partner relationships while elevating a small, talented team of Partner Development Specialists.
What You’ll Do
- Direct Ownership (The Player)
- Personally own the commercial and strategic relationships for a handful of high‑impact partners.
- Lead the negotiation of complex, high‑value alliances with no standard playbook.
- Help partners design how to build and sell on top of Fastly.
- Ensure every deal and partner experience meets Fastly’s brand and technical standards.
- Team Elevation (The Coach)
- Guide the EMEA Partner Development Specialists to perform at a high level.
- Identify and resolve process bugs, working with global builders to accelerate execution.
- Spend time in the field to recruit, enable partners, and transfer high‑judgment skills to the team.
- Act as the voice of the EMEA market to global partnerships and alliances strategy teams.
