Over the past 12–18 months, the company has significantly expanded its paid media efforts, scaling ad spend from approximately $30K/month to $300K/month. As the business enters its next phase of aggressive growth, creative production has become a key driver of performance and customer acquisition.

As paid media spend continues to scale, the demand for high-quality, high-performing ad creatives has increased significantly. This role exists to support that growth by increasing both the volume and quality of creative output, ensuring the brand can consistently test, iterate, and scale winning ads.
About the Role
This is a performance-focused design role centered on producing paid social creatives for Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You will work closely with the Senior Designer and Creative Strategist to execute structured briefs across both static and video formats. The role requires a balance of speed and quality—delivering high volumes of creatives while maintaining strong design standards and performance alignment. You will also contribute to iterative testing cycles, using performance feedback to refine and improve outputs over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Production
- Design high-performing Meta ad creatives across static and video formats (approx. 50/50 split)
- Execute against detailed creative briefs
- Produce a high volume of ads weekly while maintaining quality
- Video Editing & Motion Design
- Edit short-form video content, including influencer and UGC cuts
- Create motion-based assets such as:
- Animated infographics
- Product-focused motion graphics
- Creatives incorporating 3D-rendered assets
- Rapidly iterate on creatives based on testing results and feedback
- Adapt designs to improve engagement, CTR, and conversion performance
- Ensure all creatives align with advertising regulations (e.g., UK ASA guidelines)
- Maintain strong attention to detail, especially for regulated content
- Contribute to improving internal creative workflows and systems
- Support scaling of creative output as the business grows
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Strong experience designing paid social ads (Meta-focused)
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
Nice-to-Have:
- 2–5+ years in a creative or performance marketing design role
- Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands (supplements experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with performance-driven creative (conversion-focused design)
- Understanding of UK advertising regulations (ASA)
- Experience with 3D rendering workflows or assets
- Experience working with remote or international teams
