About the Company
The Company is a fast-growing, TikTok-native marketing agency that partners with brands to fully manage and scale their TikTok presence. Unlike traditional agencies, we operate as an end-to-end TikTok partner, owning execution across:
- TikTok Shop setup & operations
- Creator/affiliate management
- Performance optimization
Team Structure
The team operates in pod structures, where each Account Manager is supported by:
- TikTok Shop Operations Specialists (technical/backend)
- Creator/Affiliate Specialists (growth/marketing)
Mission
To own the client relationship and coordinate pod execution so that every client is onboarded fast, supported clearly, and retained long-term—without requiring escalation.
Outcomes
- Client Management
- Successfully manage ~12 clients across their full lifecycle (onboarding → delivery → retention).
- Ensure every client is onboarded within target timeline with no clients stuck in limbo.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication — clients always know where things stand.
- Keep clients confident and engaged; no recurring complaints or surprise escalations.
- Pod Coordination
- Coordinate across Creator Specialists, Media Buyer, and Shop Operator to keep delivery aligned.
- Ensure specialists know their priorities without chasing the AM — handoffs are clean, nothing gets dropped.
- Identify cross-functional blockers early and loop in the right people at the right time.
- Domain Literacy
- Understand TikTok Shop onboarding flow well enough to identify when shop ops are delaying performance.
- Understand creator sourcing logic, expected volume, and what good creator output looks like.
- Understand paid media campaign goals (ROAS vs scale) and recognise creative fatigue or pacing issues.
- Understand how scope creep, delays, and inefficiency impact pod margin — flag commercial risk early.
- Weekly Reporting & Hygiene
- Deliver a weekly client update on time for every client — covering status, wins, risks, and next steps.
- Maintain client data, deliverables, and tracking fully up to date — no missing assets, links, or unclear ownership.
- CRM and project management tools are current and accurate at all times.
- Contribute to client retention through strong relationships and smooth delivery — not sales tactics.
- Flag upsell or expansion opportunities to leadership when clients show clear signals.
- Understand pod revenue and margin at an informational level — do not damage margin through negligence or poor coordination.
Position Description
Full time required (40 hrs per week). Keep in mind — you are not executing on content, media buying, or shop operations. Your role is strategy, coordination, and client communication. The pod specialists handle execution. Must attend team meetings and scheduled client calls.
Growth Path
Promotion is based on autonomy, judgment, and consistency — not tenure.
What We Believe
Account Managers are coordinators, not min-specialists. Domain literacy ≠execution responsibility. We publish salary bands because clarity beats politics. You are graded on how well your clients are supported and how smoothly your pod runs — not on vanity metrics. The best AMs are problem solvers who make everyone around them faster.
