About Us: Join our rapidly growing team at Somewhere by Nico, where we are redefining the dining experience with a unique cocktail experience. With locations in both Glasgow and Edinburgh, we are at the forefront of innovative mixology, blending creativity with culinary artistry.
The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to join Somewhere by Nico Glasgow. The successful candidate will be based at our Glasgow location and will oversee the development of drinks. You will work closely with the General Manager on future developments, brand promotions/collaborations and training. You will oversee product development and daily service operations. The ideal candidate will be extremely hands on and will be able to motivate and lead a team of highly trained, dedicated colleagues.
