We’re looking for that special someone who has strong technical fluency and strategic judgement. Able to lead digital client relationships and coordinate delivery internally. You’ll navigate conversations with both technical and non-technical clients with clarity and confidence, ensuring our work aligns with client goals, industry best practice, sustainability considerations and creative excellence.
Requirements:
- Excellent at building meaningful relationships
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in digital account management or digital client services, within a UK web or creative agency
- Demonstrate AI literacy to improve efficiencies and quality of digital delivery and advising clients on relevant AI opportunities with responsible, ethical context.
- Demonstrate the ability to edit content directly within CMS platforms (Wordpress), ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and performance best practice.
- Strong technical fluency with web terminology and concepts e.g. CMS, CRM, API’s, best practice), able to advise and brief confidently.
- Strong strategic judgement and problem-solving ability, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional project delivery, including designers and developers.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities without losing sight of client satisfaction.
- Excellent understanding on digital best practices and industry norms in web delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact and an advocate for digital clients, building long-term trusted relationships and understanding their goals
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs and communicate effectively with internal SF team and developer partners.
- Coordinate the delivery of digital projects, ensuring timelines, quality and commercial outcomes are met, working closely with the accounts team on resourcing, budgets, invoicing, and reporting on commercial performance.
- Guide conversations with both technical and non-technical clients with clarity and confidence.
- Create proposals, statements of work and project scoping with technical insight and strategic judgement.
- Source, onboard and manage freelance developers and external technical partners.
- Champion and continuously refine our digital website delivery processes, advocating for best practice standards.
- Develop and apply a structured approach to account growth by proactively understanding client priorities, identifying opportunities aligned with our services and translating insight into clear, value-led recommendations.
