We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Product Development Technical Co-ordinator to join our Buying & Design team and play a key role in bringing hundreds of new products to market every year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, documentation and processes, whilst developing valuable skills in product development, compliance and product safety.

No two days are the same, and there's always something new to learn.

Working closely with Buyers, Designers, and overseas suppliers, you'll help ensure our products are launch-ready, compliant and supported by accurate technical documentation, across home fragrance, home décor, gifting and seasonal collections.

  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Product Development Support
  • Supporting the Buying & Design team throughout the product development process.
  • Coordinating information between Buying, Design, Compliance and suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate product information throughout development.
  • Technical Documentation & Compliance
  • Preparing and maintaining technical files and product records.
  • Creating and managing Declarations of Conformity and supporting documentation.
  • Maintaining compliance databases, trackers and audit-ready records.
  • Supporting ongoing improvements to compliance processes and systems.
  • Product Testing
  • Coordinating third-party testing with external laboratories.
  • Monitoring testing progress and following up outstanding reports.
  • Reviewing test documentation and ensuring actions are completed before launch.
  • Supplier & Product Information
  • Liaising with overseas suppliers regarding testing, documentation and technical information.
  • Coordinating product labelling and packaging requirements.
  • Supply the Design team with required compliance information including warnings, directions for use and recycling information
  • Supporting multilingual packaging requirements for EU markets.
  • Maintaining accurate product data across systems.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
  • Support the development of new compliance tools and documentation
  • Keep up to date with product safety developments and industry best practice
