We are seeking skilled, motivated Fit-Out Site Manager to join our expanding site team and carry out a range of innovative fit-out projects. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, you will manage projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland and throughout Republic of Ireland.

About the Role

You will be responsible for a range of activities, including managing multiple subcontractors, communicating with clients, and managing the day-to-day operations of the site and design teams. You must have up-to-date knowledge of health and safety matters and an understanding of all current legislation and good practices. You should be proactive in your approach to the role and possess excellent project management skills throughout each contract. You should also desire and commit to growing with the company.

Experience

  • Strong site experience working in commercial fit-out environment
  • Willing to work in Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, or the rest of the UK, if required
  • Have an excellent eye for detail and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications
  • An efficient, well organised individual with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience with site programming
  • Excellent client and sub-contractor management skills
  • Scheduling and procurement of materials
  • Communication with and coordination of subcontractors and clients
  • IT literate
  • Full Driving Licence

Qualifications

  • First Aid Training
  • Experience in high-end joinery
  • CSCS/CSR/SMSTS card
  • Flexibility for working hours: willing to work overtime/nights, and weekends when required
  • Experience using PROCORE software is advantageous
